Does anyone find it interesting how different cultures make different sounds. For example Japanese people make a kind of grunting sound back in their throat to acknowledge or show agreement/understanding with something someone has said. Somalian mom make a kind of "ha" (but more from the palate not sounding like a laugh but more airy) to tell their kids not to do/touch something/go somewhere, etc. Brits say "er" when they're thinking or unsure or feeling awkward whereas Canadians tend towards "um". Sound cultures clap, some snap, some make chipmunk sounds to show appreciation.
But perhaps most interesting of all is the noises that kids are taught for animals.

I personally think the sounds from South Korea are the best! The frog and rooster are pretty entertaining too!
